App becomes unresponsive after clicking Check media

Does it also happen in the desktop version?

• This bug does not occur in the latest version of Anki Desktop

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

• Click Check media
• On confirmation, click OK.

Expected behaviour

Observed behaviour:

• Processing dialog is shown
• After the dialog disappears, no report is generated and the app doesn't respond.
• Soon, Android asks whether I want to kill AnkiDroid.

Maybe related to the fact that I have thousands of missing media files.

• I have checked the manual and the FAQ and could not find a solution to my issue
