Frozen Columns with the other merged and wider columns cause partial missing headers and no cell render.

I run the demo page (inhdex.razor). I changed the width of any columns to be narrower or wider, I can use horizontal scrollbar without any issues. But when I make some non-frozen columns' width more wider and has some merged cells, I found some parts in the table not rendered properly when I try to scroll the columns horizontally.

Thanks @rattagarn for the detailed report. I can reproduce it using your code but without merging cells.
