The text says about the haplotype network for GSTE2:

The haplotype network figures make it easy to spot the selective sweeps and gene flow between Burkina Faso and Ghana (but not Cote d'Ivoire) and the adaptive introgression of haplotypes between gambiae and coluzzii at this locus.

That's what it looks like and I would say there is some gene flow between Burkina Faso, Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire:

Hi @jonbrenas, I agree, clearly evidence for gene flow between all three countries.
