In the spi-samples repository, the CI process based on Docker is bound too deeply with the version of the main Dubbo repository to improve this process.To do this, use a default Dubbo version (e.g., the latest stable version) as the base in the CI file, and it can be automatically detected and adjusted by input parameters or branch names
