Describe the solution you'd like
We are going to run Heron on machines with IPv6 configured. Not sure if Heron supports IPv6 already. If not, better support IPv6.

Additional context
Each process, including TMaster, StMgr, Instance, Tracker, UI, as well as dependency ZK connection, should support IPv6. Need to verify in a all IPv6 environment.
