• local deployment, native ubuntu 22.04
• version of docker

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Run openwhisk
2. Inspect invoker logs
3. grep "startContainer" invocker0_logs.log
4. "StartContainer" is just the first logging.info commands. You can try others
