Tabs disappear in macOS with no-title-bar in fullscreen. #16

Nearly the entire tab bar disappears (except a small sliver of the icons) in macOS with the no-title-bar package when using the native macOS fullscreen mode.

macOS Sierra (10.12.5)
Atom 1.17.2
