That's not implemented, but I've been thinking about it since day one. It should be easy to add since reveal.js supports timeouts in every slide. Maybe a parameter for the @slide decorator.

Ok great let me try to get this feature added and a pull request submitted, Im just sitting down to it today 2/14. Just FYI Im making a dashboard to control the media center in my RV, loving the project so far.
