Updating packages sometimes does not work as expected #75

In the https://github.com/aplteam/APLGUI project I deleted all packages
I then changed the version number of MarkAPL from 12.1.2 to 12.1.0

I then opened the project and responded to the question of whether the packages to be installed should be updated to the latest version with a "yes".

It correctly installed version 12.1.2, so that is good, but it also installed version 12.1.0, and that's wrong, though it's a minor bug.
