[Feature]: Deeplink to Audit Logs with App ID from Apps Home Page

Summary

Request a new link to be added to each app card in the apps home page, for viewing app usage.

This link should open the Audit Logs and insert the app's ID as a parameter to make it easy for users to view usage for a single app.

Why should this be worked on?

Multiple customers have requested usage analytics for individual apps. The audit logs contain this info but it's difficult to filter on a per-app level, because the app ID is not easily discoverable. Only the page ID is easy for users to find.
