Add possibility to configure pvc/storage annnotations

Hi,

for the purpose of assigning costs to projects we would need the possibility to add annoations to the pvcs. This is currently not possible in the helm chart.

I could create a PullRequest but if someone has setup the dev/test for this helm chart i would appreciate this simple feature.
