table 左右滚动，以及页面收缩 会出现明显的卡顿问题

复现步骤

1,scrollbar 关闭之后，表头和表体 左右滚动，很明显对应不上,
2.分页50条的时候页面左右滚动，会出现很明显的卡顿问题，停留时间越长，卡顿越明显

左右滚动好像会重新渲染。这个问题 我debug 出来 表示没办法解决
