Review request for paper

This is the paper I started back in 2020 with my internship at ORNL. Will requested I get this paper submitted to a journal by the end of December, so there is still a decent bit of time for review. The Nuclear Science and Engineering formatted paper (with template from here) is here.

As a side note, regeneration of the figures/data is difficult since I did not write the scripts with much documentation back when I made them. I have noticed that some of the figures have titles, which could be removed by cropping the images if that is suggested.

How can this issue be closed?

I make changes to the paper based on the suggestions offered.
