User might want to delete his/her account for many reasons.

🔬 Motivation

Adding such an option will help reduce work of admins according to deleting unused accounts. It also helps avoid situations when desired nick is occupied.

Important note: Deleted characters must be added to the list of reserved characters names, so that other people cannot create a new character with the same name.

If the old character had a bad reputation, the new player might be treated hostilely.
If the old character had a good reputation, another person might exploit that by borrowing items for example.

The only exception to that rule is the regular batch deletion of level 0 characters that did not do anything.

Further more we have to ensure some kind of delay to make it less likely that the deletion is caused by for example an angry sibling.
