markdown headers in qmd file not recognized by symbols_outline in neovim in Mac OS, but works fine in Windows.

I used to use symbols_outline to get the headers in a qmd file, a kind of markdown file for quarto, in neovim, as shown below:

However, I realized it's not working recently in Mac OS, but still works fine in Windows, using the same neovim config.

I have the following config for ~/.config/marksman/config.toml file:

markdown.file_extensions = ["md", "markdown", "qmd"]
