Move sections

I often want to reorganise heading sections in my documents. Either changing the order of sections at the same level eg from

# Top level
## Red
Things about red.
## Green
Things about green.
## Blue
Things about blue.

to

# Top level
## Green
Things about green.
## Red
Things about red.
## Blue
Things about blue.

Or moving the sections into differnt levels in the hierarchy, eg from

# Top level
## Red
Things about red.
## Green
Things about green.
## Blue
Things about blue.

to

# Green
Things about green.
# Top level
## Red
Things about red.
## Blue
Things about blue.

Of course this can be done manually by: selecting the section, cutting it, pasting to the new location, and then adjusting the heading level accordingly. However, I would like a more efficient approach similar to how lines can be easily moved/dragged up or down in code editors, which is much more efficient than: selecting the line, cutting it, delete the empty line, move to the new location, create a new line, paste the original line.

Is this something that marksman does or could support?
