Got error code 1003 #4

Error code 1003 during Handshake()

New change to the tapo API probably.

It's the same error code to several tapo plugs.

I'm not sure how to find out what the correct json and such should be, or I could fix it myself.

mihai-dinculescu/tapo#112 is also working on the same API change
