b2 could do with generating a pkg file for the normal libs

Can b2 generate a libtorrent-rasterbar.pc in --prefix/lib/libtorrent-rasterbar.pc

Something like this using the BOOST_ROOT/BOOST_INCLUDEDIR/BOOST_BUILD_PATH

and static/shared aware?

exec_prefix=${prefix}
libdir=${exec_prefix}/lib
includedir=${prefix}/include
boostinclude=${prefix}/boost

Right now, you can do this:

$ BOOST_ROOT="" b2 install --prefix=test-install

and get this:

supporting static libs is a bit tricker.

If you don't ensure BOOST_ROOT is empty, the package-config file will point into that boost root.
