Hello,

When the adoc contains a toc (left, macro, ...), a table of contents is generated, but the links are not working (Confluence 5.9.3).

Using the Confluence plugin : "Confluence Source Editor", I see no "id" on sections and anchors in final Confluence document, so that links using ids are not working.
