Chair

@thulieblack will be the initial chairperson at the beginning but will be a rotating role.

Expectations of members in the working group

• You can participate in and contribute to any conference focus area, such as design, website, marketing, and promotion, or volunteer onsite.
• Active participation in the working group
• Vote for critical decisions (e.g., selecting new members, chairperson rotation)
• Provide insights and expertise to enhance and improve the conference experience.

yeah, we anyway work as a working group several weeks, we also did it in previous years. Facilitating as WG makes sense. Especially that @thulieblack already created a GH project with kanban that we use to move work further
