[FEATURE] Make dropdown hoverable as well as clickable menus in the navbar

Why do we need this improvement?

Clicking the menu toggles the dropdown off. Hovering works fine but clicking should work as well to make the navbar more interactive.

How will this change help?

make the navbar dropdowns more interactive while hovering as well as while clicking.

by changing css code of the navbar
