Why do we need this improvement?

The “Join the AsyncAPI Conf in Paris!” button currently does not have hover animations. To improve the user experience and visual appeal, I propose adding hover animations using Tailwind CSS.

How will this change help?

•	Improved visual feedback for users.
•	Smoother and more engaging interactions.
•	Enhanced UI consistency using Tailwind CSS utilities.

How could it be implemented/designed?

1.	Add Tailwind classes for transition and hover effects.
2.	Ensure smooth scaling and color transitions.
3.	Test for responsiveness and compatibility.
