[Bitbucket Server]: PR diff doesn't display original file

Describe the bug

PR diff doesn't open history of original file in diff editor.

To Reproduce
open a PR details
click on a file in the diff
the diff editor opens with the changes on the right but a blank file on the left side. This file has a history which should be displayed.

Expected behavior
The history of the file should be displayed
