Cannot add Bitbucket Site

Describe the bug
I'm unable to add a Bitbucket site. When attempting to do this the first time, it allows the saving of the site, but it's not listed on the Settings page. When I try again, it's not recognizing my input as a valid URL (I am using "mysite" for privacy):

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Attempt to add a Bitbucket site.
2. Notice that if you try this the first time, the site is never listed. If you try this additional times, the "Base URL" field turns red, and the "Save Site" button is disabled.

Expected behavior
I should be able to successfully add a valid Bitbucket site.
