Since some developers use av CLI without using the Aviator backend, the writeStack config could be useful. It would be nice to ask users to configure writeStack property for each repository when they call av init.

Since the same config is supported both on global level as well as repository level, this should be an easy way to set this up on each repository level that overrides the global config without having to worry about backward compatibility.
