And I'd like to predict where nucleosomes are located, as claimed in the paper "A computational approach to map nucleosome positions and alternative chromatin states with base pair resolution" - it seems I would follow the steps outlined in the README. Before spending the time to apply this pipeline to my data, I want to make sure the code is up to date - there are quite a number of steps and I could potentially spend two days debugging. Please advise?
