CX is facing 403 errors 'InvalidClientTokenId' when trying to publish a message to SQS queue 'arn:aws:sqs:us-west-2:483891420865:ocws-web-conversion-queue.fifo' using IAM "arn:aws:iam::483891420865:role/ocws-web-prod" but getting successful when specifying the AWS_KEY and AWS_SECRET as env var in the elastic beanstalk configuration.
