BUG: Invalid link in docs regarding Potsdam dataset #78

The links to the Potsdam dataset are outdated and return a HTTP-404 error.

Filling in a registration form is not necessary anymore. Instructions to download the dataset are provided here:
https://www.isprs.org/education/benchmarks/UrbanSemLab/default.aspx
