Error: Failed to query available provider packages

getting the error: │ Could not retrieve the list of available versions for provider hashicorp/azurecaf: provider registry registry.terraform.io does not have a provider named registry.terraform.io/hashicorp/azurecaf

This has been tested on multiple machines over multiple networks.

Is there any issues that any 1 is aware of?
