[BUG] Manual session locking not detected anymore #108

Describe the bug
Sometimes when I log into Windows the countdown shows immediately.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Wait for delay to be almost up
Lock windows for a few minutes using Windows+L
Relog to windows
The countdown appears almost immediatly

Expected behavior
When the computer is manually locked using "Windows + L", the countdown should be reset when user relog himself.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Windows version: 10
Application version [e.g. 2.0.0]: 2.3.1
