거의 매 학기 요청이 들어오는 패키지 중 하나인 CUDA, tensorflow를 쉽게 설치하기 위한 패키지를 추가합니다.

이러면 ipa, chivas, legal 등 GPU 서버의 셋업도 한결 손쉬워질 것입니다.
