There is an issue about fixed headers for the Drupal Tocbot version with the suggestion to add the Scroll_smooth_offset setting of the library to the module. See https://www.drupal.org/project/tocbot/issues/3399513. Should this be added to Backrop as well, and do we need additionally the headingsOffset setting as shown in the library documentation?
