Not being updated?

Hi Barry, this package is not maintained anymore? I'm trying to use it with latest Laravel (5.2.41) and I only get Cache-Control: private headers.

What does "public" calls will be cached? The default_ttl seems to be not working...

Do you have any other things setting headers (like .htaccess)? Make sure your cache control headers are public, otherwise it doesn't work.
But that doesn't have to do much with this package, the headers are set by your app/laravel.
