BUG - PPR Phone number cursor moves to the end of the input field when editing a phone number (all forms)

When editing the phone number the cursor moves to the end of the input field without user placing it there.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter a complete phone number in Submitting Party or Owner
2. Erase the area code - enter a new area code
3. The cursor moves to the end of the input field after entering one or more characters

Impact: users may enter an incorrect phone number without realizing and we wouldn't be able to contact them.
Likelihood of occurrence: High

Confirmed issue is with the v-mask control. Tried another third-party masked control vue-the-mask and it does not work and is unsupported.

Put a support ticket into the developers of v-mask to see if they will fix the bug..

Not sure what you want to do with this. It is very straight forward to remove..
