At time of writing the latest release of Indy Node is v1.13.2.

The goal of upgrading to the most recent Indy Node release would be to align von-network more with indy-node-container by utilizing the release images from there. This would allow us to retire the highly customized builds from von-image and retire that project. Switching to the indy-node-container images has the added advantage of leveraging a project that is activity maintained.

Completing the migration from indy-cli to indy-cli-rs would likely need to be done at the same time to complete the work to fully replace the use of the indy-sdk.
