Description

This ticket is to provide updates on the progress of each mission on a weekly basis. The updates will summarize key activities, achievements, blockers, and next steps for the following missions:

  1. UEI
  2. UKI
  3. UPPCL

Goals

  • Summarize key activities and achievements for each mission.
  • Highlight blockers or challenges encountered during the week.
  • Outline next steps and priorities for the upcoming week.
  • Share updates with relevant stakeholders.

Expected Outcome

  • A consolidated weekly update report for UEI, UKI, and UPPCL missions.
  • Improved tracking of mission progress and timely resolution of blockers.
  • Clear alignment on next steps for each mission.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Weekly updates are documented and shared on time.
  • Key achievements, blockers, and next steps are clearly detailed.
  • Stakeholders acknowledge and provide feedback if necessary.

UEI

Current Status:

  1. P2P Energy Trading: Providing support to Atria in resolving issues related to the ONIX setup.
  2. A new usecase "Buying & Selling of Demand notes" to be started. @poojamanjooran to get the outcome visualization from network participants.

Next Steps:

  1. Continue supporting the resolution of issues related to EV Charging interoperability.
  2. Update the implementation guide and Layer 2 (L2) configuration.
  3. Provide support for green energy trading for Nunam once they share the outcome visualization.

UKI

Current Status:

  1. Beta launch completed on December 15th.
  2. Scheduled a call with Shriram (Haqdarshak) to troubleshoot their issues.

Next Steps:

  1. Conduct feasibility assessment for the scheme discovery use case shared by Haqdarshak.
  2. Complete POC for the scheme discovery use case after feasibility assessment.
  3. Update outcome visualization by adding negative scenarios and more detailed use cases (to be done by Kathirvel).
  4. Update the implementation guide after the outcome visualization updates (to be done by the Engineering team).
  5. Plan monthly Winroom sessions from January to June 2025.

UPPCL

Current status:

  1. Winroom session could not be scheduled for January 7th-8th as the implementation guide is not finalized.

Next Steps:

  1. A call is scheduled to finalize the implementation for P2P energy transfer on friday 10th January, 2025
  2. Complete Implementation Guide based on the outcome during the call.
  3. Begin sandbox development once the implementation guide is finalized.
  4. Schedule the Winroom session after the implementation guide is ready.

Current Status:

  1. Initial feasibility assessment done for the schema discovery usecase

Next Steps:

  1. Have a call with haqdarshak team to discuss the feasibility assessment for scheme discovery usecase.
  2. Complete POC for the scheme discovery use case after feasibility assessment.
  3. Update outcome visualization by adding negative scenarios and more detailed use cases (to be done by Kathirvel).
  4. Update the implementation guide after the outcome visualization updates (to be done by the Engineering team).
  5. Plan monthly Winroom sessions from January to June 2025.

UEI: Mission Support

Current Progress:

  1. For EV Charge Interoperability, Pulse and True Power have achieved full interoperability, while only the search functionality is interoperable with Kazam.

Next Steps:

  1. Kazam needs to revise its implementation to align with the new schema.
  2. Kazam and True Power should resolve implementation issues with support from the FIDE Engineering Team.

  1. Schemes use case - response to NP GitHub flow UKI : Improve discovery of scheme/benefit eligibility #196 - complete
  2. Technical discussion with NP - Haqdarshak for schemes use case - complete
  3. Outcome visualization update - by Kathirvel - In Progress
  4. Draft plan for winroom - In progress

Next step

  1. Completion of outcome visualization - Update of implementation guide to be planned for sprint starting from Jan 20
  2. Winroom Plan for UKI from Jan till June

UPPCL: Mission Support

6-10th Jan
Current Progress

  1. The Implementation Guide for P2P Energy Trading is currently under review by the Beckn Core Working Group, with publication expected by January 22, 2025.
  2. An Energy Workflow Meeting with Dr. Pramod is scheduled for January 16, 2025. The review of this meeting is a critical dependency for finalizing the implementation guide.
  3. A Win-Room Session for troubleshooting issues and conducting integration testing will be planned after the rollout of the guide.
  4. The rollout is targeted for mid-February 2025.

Next Steps

  1. Begin work on the Implementation Guide after the review meeting with Dr. Pramod.
  2. Share the P2P Specifications and the finalized Implementation Guide by January 22, 2025..
