Once #66 #69 #70 are done we need to update CI/CD configuration.

Setup CI/CD for https://github.com/beda-software/fhir-questionnaire/tree/main/vendor/sdc-qrf to publish sdc-qrf
Setup CI/CD for https://github.com/beda-software/fhir-questionnaire to publish fhir-questionnaire as npm package for react and react native
