/res list Server Land does not work properly #103

When i use "/res list Server Land" it always returns an empty list: http://puu.sh/hetK4/b0c53983e0.png , rather than list the residences currently owned by the server.

Also it is unable to remove that residence even if you're op.

use /resadmin remove
