Don't parse last cell in table if it is a empty #8

If last cell of last row haven't any content like as:

| Header       | Header       |
|:-------------|:-------------|
| some content | some content |
| some content |              |

, result HTML will not have last cell:

  <thead>
    <tr>
      <th style="text-align:left">Header</th>
      <th style="text-align:left">Header</th>
    </tr>
  </thead>
  <tbody>
    <tr>
      <td style="text-align:left">some content</td>
      <td style="text-align:left">some content</td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
      <td style="text-align:left">some content</td>
    </tr>
  </tbody>
</table>
