If I have the following vyper code:

    # fmt: off
    assert not self.user_to_challenge_to_has_solved[receiver][msg.sender], "You already solved this!" 
    # fmt: on

And I run the formatted, the code will be formatted to:

    # fmt: off
    assert not self.user_to_challenge_to_has_solved[receiver][
        msg.sender
    ], "You already solved this!"
    # fmt: on

Even though I want it skipped.

Looked into it but parsing currently does not keep whitespace information except for indents/newlines. Handling it would require a significant overhaul. I added a # nosplit tag in #52 that prevents lines from being split. Spacing reformatting will still be applied.
