Sorry I left you hanging for such a long time.
I moved on from Perl and the community in the last two years... I still use Ubic (I'm using the existing .deb version or using CPAN), but I haven't built a .deb in a while, I've lost all my PGP keys, and my skills are rusty in that regard. So I don't know if I'll ever find the time to set up the deb toolchain again and build a new package. Sorry :(

If anyone reading this will be up to the task, I'll gladly recommend your PPA in the official docs instead of ppa:berekuk/ubic. (I believe there's no way to set up a per-ppa uploading keys, so the repo will have to change.)
