tcsgroup and tcsmain don't handle the group path correctly.

You need to be on the path of the Tomcat Server Group when using tcsgroup and tcsmain. The user should be able to execute any of them without the need to be in that specific directory. e.g.

cd ~
tcsgroup /var/tcsgroups/myTcsGroup start
