Would be nice to have Mac OSX support. Currently fails right off the bat with a #include <linux/if.h>.

You'll need the osx savvy translation bits, songgao/water#3 has more information on how to create tun, interfaces. Mac needs 3rd party drivers for Tap afaik

Moved all OS specific codes to an other file (preparing to handle #7).
