My name is Alejandro Ramos, and I am a PhD candidate in Computer Science at ITESM MTY in Mexico. I am interested in collaborating with you on optimizing the Python script to enhance its computational efficiency, as well as updating the random forest model to ensure compatibility with the latest version of scikit-learn.

This week, I am participating in a hackathon alongside PhD Nelly Selem, tackling the CAMDA 2024 challenge of the Microbiome Quality Index. We aim to utilize your data to measure performance and integrate it into the library we are developing. To facilitate this, could you kindly provide access to the data used for the model's training?

We are happy to talk about it in Montreal during CAMDA 2024.
In terms of the data used for the training of the model, everything has been provided as a part of the CAMDA package :)
