Existing installation found!

It does work the second time, but of course this is problematic for unattended upgrade.

Hmm, it worked ok on my other switch. Not sure what the difference is.

Indeed, a weird bug. Not sure if we have seen it in internal testing so far. Will try to investigate and check if I see anything obvious (maybe a sync needed somewhere).
