Describe your issue as much as you can

I am trying to download the following LAMP stack image:
https://vcf.broadcom.com/vsc/services/details/lampstack?slug=true

The page asks me to login, so I created an account with Broadcom and then see the following error when I go back to the page to download:

Image

Is the image still free? or do we now have to pay for it?

The OVA is completely free and you do not need to pay for it.

The page asks me to login, so I created an account with Broadcom and then see the following error when I go back to the page to download

Once you log in to the platform, can you access the main site again https://vcf.broadcom.com/vsc/services/details/lampstack?slug=true? Can you confirm you are logged in and you see the "Subscribe" button?

I just tested the process and could download the OVA without problems. Can you try using an incognito window?

Hello. I managed to overcome this issue by subscribing to a cloud subscription. I can't remember which option I chose but I can now download virtual box images just fine. From memory, I went through a few loops but once I was logged in ok I got to the download. Have a test of this and if you still face the same issue I will check the account subscriptions on Monday when I am back at the desk and update you.

I'm sharing here the official guide on "how do I register to VMware Marketplace?". You should be able to get to the download button once you have registered following those steps.

https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Marketplace/services/getting-started-with-vmware-marketplace/GUID-1600333F-A492-4A97-8A5C-91348461D2A5.html#how-do-i-register-on-vmware-marketplace-6

Hope it helps!
