bndiagnostic was not useful. Could you please tell us why?
I'm not sure that the diagnostic tool provided anything meaningful for me to diagnose
Describe your issue as much as you can
I've been facing significant issues with one of my lightsail instances running WordPress over the past few weeks. I had to create a fresh instance and installed a backup of my website over the past weekend because the previous instance mariadb wouldn't start. I see several php-fpm processes running, but do not understand how to find the culprit of my problems.
When I created the fresh instance, everything was working fine for over 24 hours before the server started choking. I managed to grow my burst capacity to about 40% and it has since depleted entirely. I've got w3-total-cache running with a page cache enhanced. The site doesn't receive a ton of traffic, and my instance has 4 GB RAM, 2 vCPUs, and 80 GB SSD.
I'm struggling to resolve this and hope that I can get some help here.
