Issue Tracking Info
I understand that work is tracked outside of GitHub. A PR will be linked to this issue should one be opened to address it, but Bitwarden doesn't use fields like "assigned", "milestone", or "project" to track progress.

Hello,
I have some additional information to share. If I add the Bitwarden desktop icon to my "Startup" folder in Windows 10, then it starts and runs minimized and places an icon in the system tray. Before the latest release, I didn't have to place the icon on the startup folder. The program simply started, and placed an icon in the system tray "automatically". It had been doing this for quite a long time.
I can't be sure that something in Windows on my laptop is not causing this behavior, because this week another program I use for backing up my PC failed to run on startup, and I had to place its icon on the "Startup" folder.
Incidentally, I have another Windows 10 computer running Bitwarden and the desktop app starts and runs normally (and places an icon in the system tray).
So, it seems that something about my laptop's configuration is causing Bitwarden to behave differently from expected. I have not made any changes to it that I can think of off hand. If there is additional information I could provide to help you get to the bottom of this problem (perhaps others have seen it?) please advise.
Thank you for your support.
