Import the registration of <uui-symbol-file> via:

import '@umbraco-ui/uui-symbol-file';

When looking to leverage the UUIInputElement base class as a type and/or for extension purposes, do so via:

import { UUIInputElement } from '@umbraco-ui/uui-symbol-file';
