mtkclient install for Ubuntu 24.04

I did not see this issue on other discussions so I hope this is not a repeat but I expect it to be quite common. mtkclient will not install on Ubuntu 24.04. Trying with pip3 gives an error about an externally-managed-environment. Trying with pipx gives an error: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement mtkclient (from versions: none).

Should pip3 be tried with the option: --break-system-packages or does this create an unstable environment?

Maybe creating a virtual python environment will help you?
